Accounts Assistant

We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant with experience in general practice to work within our busy Accountancy department.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Have experience of preparing accounts to finalisation
  • Have experience with Sage/QuickBooks or other computerised book-keeping packages.

The main tasks will include:

  • Preparation of accounts for a variety of sole traders/partnerships and limited companies
  • Management accounts
  • VAT Return preparation
